Jonathan McPhedran Waitzer

Jonathan McPhedran Waitzer was hired as a consultant to lead equity and inclusion efforts for Transform the Sector. They are a 2015-2017 Jeanne Sauvé Fellow, working with a cohort of 11 other Fellows from 10 countries to build knowledge around public leadership for culturally diverse societies. They recently served as Director of Montreal community organization Head & Hands, and as a Board member at the Centre for Community Organizations. Prior to this, Jon’s professional background was in management consulting
and international project management. They worked with McKinsey & Company in Montreal and Ashoka in Berlin, and advised clients from the public, private, and social sectors on strategy and organizational development.
